Your name
Your telephone number
Type of service (massage, facials, etc)
Length of service, where appropriate (eg; 90 minutes)
Preferred dates and times (a few options are preferable)

Once we have your message, we will work with you to find the best scheduling time possible.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out some forms. Please be on time so that you may receive your full service.

Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid full charge.
