Types of Massages

Swedish
A therapeutic treatment designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress.

Deep Tissue
Therapy that reduces chronic pain. Using slow strokes that run across the muscles and deep finger pressure. This technique is for targeted areas and not full body.

Sports
A speciality area of traditional bodywork that focuses on achieving maximum results. Helps remove lactic acid stored in muscles. Ideal for active people.

Aromatherapy
A gentle, nurturing treatment using high-quality essential oils which are chosen for their relaxing, invigorating or detoxifying properties.

Pregnancy
A gentle massage which provides relaxation for the mother-to-be. Helps relieve stress on weight-bearing joints, reduce neck and back pain and relieve edema.

Reiki
Ancient healing techniques that use energy to help restore balance and promote healing of the body, mind and spirit. May be used in combination.

Reflexology
Orietal healing method of applying thumb and finger pressure to specific nerve endings in the feet to promote a sense of comfort, relieve stress, improve circulation and bring balance to the body.

Body Treatments

Siddha Body Detoxification $80
A rejuvenation treatment, originating in Southern India, reserved for the royalty and wealthy. Pouches filled with herbs are soaked in hot water and then warmed herbal oil and then massaged into the body. The warmth of the treatment allows the skin to fully absorb the herbal oils, enabling the nutrients to reach all the cells, making possible the removal of accumulated waste products. The lymphatic system is stimulated, the body is cleansed, the immune system is enhanced and new white blood cells are produced. Allow one hour.

Herbology Wrap $85
This potent, regenerative treatment is based on Herbology, the ancient science of healing with herbs. First, your body is lightly massaged with warmed Citrus Fruit massage oil, followed by an exfoliating body polish with granulated Chinese herbs. Once your skin has been thoroughly buffed, you are wrapped in warm thermal blankets to penetrate the therapeutic granules. To complete this treatment, your body is misted neck to toes with refreshing aromatherapy water followed by an application of Extremely Emollient Body Creme. You'll love the way your skin feels when you emerge from this rejuvenating natural treatment that's designed to retexturize your body, smooth your skin and reduce stress. Allow one hour.

Ear Candling $75
Ear candling is used primarily for cleaning the ears and to promote a healthy atmosphere in the ears, sinus cavities and throat. However, there are other benefits, such as: regulating pressure, assisting with post nasal drip, relieving migraines, alleviating some forms of hearing loss, restorating equilibrium, relieving tinnitus, vertigo and Meniere's syndrome. Allow 1 hour.

Facials

Acne Facial - 70; or $340 for Acne Series
Designed to clear up troublesome breakouts. This treatment includes a thorough cleansing, EnzymeThereapy exfoliation and therapeutic steam. In adition, your pores will be deep cleansed and a healing acne mask applied. A series of six weekly treatments and a special at-home agenda is required for maximum results. Allow one hour for weeks 1 and 5; 30 minutes for weeks 2,3,4 and 6.

Revitalizing Alphablend Facial - $80
A super exfoliating fruit acid facial that removes dulling surface cells giving skin a fresh, revitalized appearance. This advanced treatment also unclogs pores, diminishes surface wrinkles and promotes a smoother, even-toned complexion. We recommend that you be using an Alpha Hydroxy Acid product at home for a least 30 days before this type of facial. A once-a-week series of four treatment is recommended for most skins. May also be incorporated into the Corrective Facial. Allow 30 minutes.

Back Facial $80
Essential maintenance for a smoooth, clear back. This treatment begins with a deep cleansing and ExzymeTherapy under steam. Extractions are done as necessary. To finish, a detoxifying mask is followed-up with an invigorating application of 100% oil-free Beyond Hydration moisturizer. Allow one hour

Bronzing Facial $60
This treatment is the safest way to achieve a tanned complexion. It starts with a customized skin cleansing and exfoliation. Then Bioelements Serious Self Tanner is applied to the entire face and neck using a special technique that mimics the look you get when the sun tans your face. The result is totally natural, non-orangy tan within hours. You will also leave with specific instructions on how to maintain you sunless tan at home. Allow 30 minutes

Corrective Facial $70
Designed for your exact skin type. This customized facial starts with a personalized skin assessment. Then you'll experience deep pore cleansing through exfoliation under steam to sweep away dulling surface cells. You'll also enjoy a destressing massage of the face, neck and shoulders, and a therapeutic serum and mask designed to correct any specific problems you may be experiencing. To finish, a custom-blended moisturizer is applied, followed by a complexion-calming massage with cool globes to tone and refresh skin. Emerge with immaculately clean, glowing skin. This is a relaxing but serious skin care treatment that should be repeated monthly. Allow one hour.

HotStone Facial $100
This wonderfully luxurious treatment begins with a deep clensing, a 20-minute facial massage using hot lava rocks, exfoliation with steam while feet are massaged with the hot stones leaving little stones in between each toe, extraction as necessary, and then a custom belended mask while hands are massaged with the hot stones. Allow 75 minutes.

Men's Facial $70
Includes a complete skin assessment, custom blended deep cleansing, steam and EnzymeTherapy exfoliation, and a conditioning mask personalized for your skin. You'll also experience a de-stressing massage of the face, neck and shoulders that will leave you feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. For maximum benefit, this revitalizing treatment should be done once a month. Allow one hour.

Oxygenation Fresh Air Facial $90
Oxygenation caries active ingredients deep into the skin via oxygen molecules, accelerating their effects. Makes resistive skin more permeable and triggers the skin's self-cleansing mechanism allowing easier removal of comedomes. Also works as an anti-baterial agent to cleanse below surface skin and oxidize acne bateria. Skin will appear well hydrated, brighter and more youthful looking. Allow one hour.
